About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic short-form video content creator to lead the charge on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll produce engaging, on-trend video content that connects with teachers and educators, builds our brand presence, and drives organic growth.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Create and publish short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) 2–4x per week
• Identify and adapt to trending audio, formats, and storytelling styles in the education/edtech space - while keeping our content on brand.
• Develop and execute creative video ideas that speak directly to classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders
• Monitor performance and iterate based on engagement and retention metrics

✅ You Have...

• A proven track record of making viral or high-performing TikToks/Reels/Shorts—especially in education, edtech, or teacher humor
• A deep understanding of short-form content trends, memes, and pacing
• Ability to script, shoot, and edit content independently (basic editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Experience tailoring content to different platforms and audiences
• Bonus: Background as a teacher, educator, or education content creator
